30 DAY EXCHANGE / 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date marked “Delivered” on your tracking number. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. Though we are happy to accommodate unique situations, and if an explanation is necessary please send us an email to roger@iamcellaware.com and we’ll review your situation!

GUIDELINES FOR AN EXCHANGE/RETURN

  • Contact our customer service representative at roger@iamcellaware.com with your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue.
  • The product cannot show signs of heavy wear and tear. If in fact, the product shows scratches or any other sign of wear and tear, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you an exchange or a refund. All decisions based on that decision by Tanenbaum Technologies are final.
  • Further instructions for the exchange will be provided to you promptly.

If you email us about a return/exchange on the weekend we will answer you first thing Monday morning. We’re big on family here at Tanenbaum Technologies so we make sure our employees have weekends to spend with their family. Thanks for being so understanding.
